Hey Russ – Cheers for the kind words. The program is really hard work, but the results you get at the end makes it all worth it. As I mentioned to Ari in previous comments, I quickly put the weight back on after finishing. As such, I would seriously recommend that you do go through with the 3x workouts a week. I’m currently on Week 4 Day 3 on a repeat of the program (a little behind you), and I will definitely not be letting the weight pile back on as quickly as I let it last time – it’s completely demoralising after all that work.
